We are looking for a passionate Senior Marketing Manager who is experienced in mobile game advertising. You will be challenged to lookout for new ways to improve our simulation game and take our game to the maximum number of players. Our Marketing Team combines creative and analytical thinking to develop marketing strategies and find growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Explore and execute new growth strategies
Analyzing, and optimizing existing campaigns for user acquisition
Managing the budget, P&L of your product
Optimizing monetization strategies

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English,
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or related degree required,
Minimum 4 years experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, RTB etc oriented roles, performance marketing management, preferably in mobile game marketing, ASO knowledge/experience is a plus,
Strong experience in digital planning and activation including experience in using tools such as Applovin Max, Google
Analytics , Adjust, Facebook Business Manager etc.
Excellent at problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention for details
